Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Waitlist: email address and page language.

Creator applications: name, email, social media handle, type of content you create, filming gear (optional) and a link to a video you published.

We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors. If you are under 18, please do not sign up.

3. Purposes

To inform you about Widee’s launch and give you early access.

To review your founding creator application and contact you about the creator program.

To send you communications about Widee. You can ask us to stop at any time.

To produce aggregated, anonymous statistics about interest in the project.

4. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; be informed about how we use it; revoke your authorization and request deletion; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; and access your data free of charge.

5. How to exercise your rights

Email cristiandnietoc@gmail.com with your name, the email you signed up with and your request.

We answer inquiries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, extendable as provided by law.

6. Processors and international transfer

We use technology providers (web hosting and database) whose servers may be located outside Colombia, for example in the United States. They act as data processors and only handle your data to provide their services to us. By signing up you authorize this transfer.

7. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data. We keep it while the waitlist or creator program exists, or until you request deletion.

8. Effective date and changes

This policy is effective as of 12/10/2026. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email.
